PAYMENT TERMS
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)

E-Wallets (GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go, Boost) – jika digunakan
2. Payment Confirmation

Orders will only be processed after payment is successfully received.
3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If your payment fails, please retry using another method.

For repeated failures, contact our admin for assistance.
5. Fraud Prevention

Suspicious or unauthorised transactions may be cancelled for security reasons.

Customers may be asked for additional verification if required.
6. Overpayment / Double Payment

If a customer accidentally makes duplicate or excess payments, a refund will be issued after verification.

Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
SYARAT PEMBAYARAN
1. Kaedah Pembayaran Diterima

2. Pengesahan Pembayaran

Tempahan hanya akan diproses selepas pembayaran diterima.
3. Harga & Mata Wang
-
Semua harga adalah dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Harga boleh berubah tanpa notis.
4. Pembayaran Gagal
-
Jika pembayaran gagal, sila cuba semula menggunakan kaedah lain.

Untuk masalah berterusan, hubungi admin untuk bantuan.
5. Pencegahan Penipuan
-
Transaksi meragukan boleh dibatalkan demi keselamatan.

Pelanggan mungkin diminta menyediakan pengesahan tambahan jika perlu.
6. Pembayaran Berlebihan / Dua Kali Bayar
-
Jika pelanggan membuat pembayaran berganda, refund akan diproses selepas pengesahan.

Refund akan diselesaikan dalam 3–7 hari bekerja.
